Suspicious Incident
A non-student called to report an incident on the 8th floor of
DH Hill Library. She heard a noise under the desk she was
sitting at and saw a white male in his late 20's to early 30's
masturbating on her shoe. The subject left the area; officers
were unable to locate him.
