80s cartoon villains.
G.I. Joe cartoon villains.
I don't totally agree with the lists, but they are entertaining. As much as I hate G.I. Joe the movie, I agree that
the Nemesis Enforcer was cool.
"Dwarfing every other character around him, he was like this big, flying Jason Voorhees who would've seemed sooo much scarier if his tights were any other color but pink."
Also, they refer to the Crimson Guard as " the Crimson F'n Guard".
